5 Years of Klank en Kleur at Tilla Tec

After gathering for several years, on March 15th, we will prepare for our first climax—a celebration of sound, visuals, and form. The space where we tend to lose our grip on reality. We’re honored to welcome Todd Terje to guide the way—a true legend whose music has touched many of us throughout our adolescence. He will be supported by local marvel Wendel Sield.

The installation will be unveiled during the ‘Klank en Kleur 5 jaar’ event on March 15th at Tillatec, emphasizing the theme: transcendence through form. Friday, 18th of October.

Proudly presenting the following line-up:

𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗼, a resident at Potato Head’s beach club and one of the founders of the Studio Eksotika record shop, will take you on a euphoric ride, blending sounds that transcend time and space. Expect a joyful journey back in time, traversing through all cosmic and euphoric things.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻, known not only as a DJ, producer, and anti-theater maker, but increasingly as a conceptual artist. Steven de Peven has been exploring humor itself, investigating why certain things make him laugh and how to provoke the same reaction in others. Although he claims not to be a comedian, his work often centers around the concept of the joke, capturing moments that evoke spontaneous reactions. He enjoys documenting images and moments that leave a strong impression, only deciding afterward if they become part of a larger project or not.

This ADE, we are approaching things a bit differently. We are transforming a former bank building (now an art gallery) into a swirling blend of sound and visuals. Expect to be twisted and turned as you immerse yourself in this extraordinary piece of architecture. On the sonic and visual spectrum, we have Gero b2b with a secret guest and Steven de Peven.

• The event will run from 17:00 until 22:30.
• Entry is ONLY between 17:00 and 19:00.
• Latecomers will be denied access due to the unique nature of the performances and the duration of the event. We don’t recommend buying a ticket if you are unsure whether you can arrive at the art gallery within the given time frame.
• The capacity of this event is very limited, but we will reserve some tickets for door sales.
