It's not often or common that a budding young private company sticks out the neck to promote a state and attract investors to it but De-Noahua Tourism Enterprise has developed such a terrific brand, known and referred to as Akwa Ibom Food Festival, meant to promote our state and attract investors to it and we're not silent about it. In spite of seeming challenges, our approach is to create the enabling socio-economic environment required for domestic tourism to thrive sustainably, collaborating with stakeholders which truly has a vision about our state and, most importantly, are doing something about it. Until good hands are on deck no sustainable development can be in sight, hence, we call for sponsors who can invest once into this project and earn annually through percentage net profits. We wait to discuss and gladly come to a memorandum of understanding with such persons.

THE CONCEPT
In the wake of the fact that most people especially in the South-South region of Nigeria, have abandoned their farm lands in search of blue-collar jobs in the
City; culminating into the intense dwindling of cash crops production and the extinction of most indigenous due to cross-cultural effects and western civilization. Cost of foodstuff has equally increased within the region; thus

Tourism and Economy". Date: 23 - 25h September 2021, at Ibom Hall,
Uyo. With cooperation and backing from the Government of Akwa Ibom State and corporate organizations, the project is expected to be an annual event.
Participation would cut across all Local Government Councils as competitive participants. Involvement would also include major foods, beverages and allied
products manufacturing/processing companies government driven tourism sectors, airlines, hotels and resort centers and
in Nigeria, private and other organizations/agencies from diverse sectors of the economy.
