Others want to hold the hand of another friend and listen to words of comfort, words to still the soul.

You know how sometimes it feels like pain just won’t stop talking?

Like guilt keeps replaying old stories, and fear just won’t shut up?

What if, for one night, we paused all of that?

What if we sat still long enough to listen to what those voices are really trying to say?

That’s what this gathering is about.

It’s not just an event — it’s a space to breathe again.

To question what hurts, to let go of what no longer fits, and to remember that healing doesn’t have to be loud. But sometimes, calm.

There’ll be poetry, music and heart. No room for judgement. Just you, your life and your questions.

You’ll feel something.
And maybe, you’ll leave lighter.
