PIN vending is the process of making payment using your profile code to obtain your e-PIN. This e-PIN allows you to complete your registration for the 2026 UTME.

If you have written JAMB before, you most likely already have a profile code. You should use the same profile code from your previous registration. You can also retrieve it from your JAMB portal or by following the steps below, using the original mobile number you used during registration.

Here are the key highlights from the JAMB 2026 UTME & Direct Entry (DE) application notice:

📌 GENERAL INFORMATION
This applies to Nigeria and selected foreign centres.

Registration is strictly online and done only at accredited CBT centres.

🗓️ IMPORTANT DATES

UTME/DE Registration Period:
📅 Monday, 26 January – Saturday, 28 February 2026

UTME Examination Dates:
📅 16th April, 2026 – 25th April, 2026

Mock UTME:
📅 March 28, 2026

DE Registration & Deadline:
📅 2nd March, 2026 - 25th April, 2026

SALES OF UTME E-PIN: 19TH JANUARY - 26th February, 2026.

👤 ELIGIBILITY- UTME

1. Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.

2. Those below 16 may apply but cannot be admitted.

3. Five (5) O’Level credits including English Language are required.

Direct Entry (DE)
1. Candidates must possess ND, NCE, IJMB, NABTEB, HND, or a Degree.

2.All DE candidates must register through JAMB.
