2 . 3 months diploma intensive
3. Cake baking (beginners class)and intermediate
4. Cooking : local cuisine, continental cuisine, oriental cuisine, international pastries, drinks,breakfast table, starter/dessert
All ingredients and tools for training will be provided by the academy.
