Mali ๐ฒ๐ฑ VS Senegal ๐ธ๐ณ
This fixture is the most predictable one among the four and yes, I don't see it ending in any other way. The Teranga Lions will be all over the Eagles of Mali. Mali will defend as we'd expect them to, but the gigantic midfield and attack of The Teranga Lions, will be too hot for The Eagles of Mali to handle. It's a win for Senegal and a straight qualification in regular time.
Cameroon ๐จ๐ฒ VS Morocco ๐ฒ๐ฆ
The most anticipated and most exciting fixture for me amongst the four is this one. It's a tough match to be played here. This might be the first in the last 8 that will take us into an extra 30 minutes. I tip the Indomitable Lions to win only if they can avoid penalty shootouts.
Algeria ๐ฉ๐ฟ VS Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ
This is one decent match we will watch. The best defense against the best attack. It will deliver drama. The Desert Foxes will concede for the first time in this tournament. I see both teams scoring but the one with the most formidable attack will outscore the other. It's a win in regular time for the star-studded Super Eagles side. รric Sรฉkou Chelle and his boys will be in the Semis.
Egypt ๐ช๐ฌ VS Ivory Coast ๐จ๐ฎ
The Pharaohs of Egypt will have a decent start to the match. May score the first goal of the match but they will not retain their lead as the Elephants will be too strong to be stopped. I see a long night for us. A possible extra 30 minutes but a very good performance by the defending champions. The Elephants will ease past the Pharaohs of Egypt without needing shootouts.
