π PEL CONFERENCE 2026 | PANEL SESSION HIGHLIGHTS π
One of the most impactful conversations at PEL Conference 2026 was our thought-provoking panel session on:
ποΈ "Where the Opportunities Are, and How We Can Get Them."
Moderated by Maryam Ibrahim , CEO of Glitterand, the session challenged participants to rethink how they view opportunities, not as moments of luck, but as outcomes of preparation, intentionality, and courage.
Our distinguished panelists shared practical insights drawn from their personal and professional journeys:
Stephen Ilesanmi Ogundeji(Global Talent Manager at SABI) emphasized the importance of developing globally relevant skills, building strong professional networks, and positioning yourself for opportunities in an increasingly competitive world.
Isabella Ezenwa. | Agricultural Entrepreneur inspired the audience with her remarkable story. From her NYSC year, she intentionally volunteered to gain experience, continuously invested in learning new skills, and ventured into farming while working as a Chartered Accountant. Eventually, she made the bold decision to leave her 9β5 career to pursue entrepreneurship full-time, a testament to the power of vision, resilience, and calculated risk-taking.
