ONE THURSDAY. ONE DECISION. A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT JOURNEY.
For five years, I worked with a reputable advertising firm in Lagos, earning ₦400,000 monthly. I was comfortable, but I never imagined that a single Thursday afternoon would change the direction of my career.
I had gone to meet a prospect, but something unexpected happened—the person I went to prospect introduced me to an opportunity with Multistream TM Ltd.
At first, I wasn't impressed. I even felt embarrassed that someone I considered less educated was the one introducing the opportunity to me.
But I listened.
I registered, started learning the business, and began using my social media skills to promote the products and build my network.
Within months, I started seeing results that made me seriously rethink my priorities.
Eventually, I made a difficult decision: I resigned from my salaried job to focus on the business.
People asked, “You're leaving a ₦400,000 salary? What is your plan?”
I understood their concerns. It wasn't an easy decision.
But one year later, I can look back and say it was a significant turning point in my life.
Through my experience with Multistream, I have developed my sales, networking and digital marketing skills, met amazing people, and achieved some personal milestones—including buying my first car with my own money.
Most importantly, I learnt a lesson:
Never dismiss an opportunity simply because it comes from someone you least expect.
That Thursday, I could have walked away.
Instead, I said YES.
