*Olufem Presenter Super Cup: Match Inconclusive as Masifa United Emerge Champions in Board Room Decision*
Masifa United have emerged the champions of first edition Olufem Presenter Football Competition following a board room decision.
The final match which took place at Ogbomoso Grammar School Pitch on Sunday, 21 September, 2025 was inconclusive as the fans of Jumbo FC encroached the pitch after a center referee awarded a late penalty to Masifa United when the game still at 1-1.
Efforts of the organizers and security officials to continue the match proved abortive as aggrieved fans of Jumbo FC failed to leave the pitch.
However, with the final decision from Football body in the state, Masifa United were announced as the champions of the competition.
The organizers of the competition have redeemed their pledge to eventual winners with prize giving of N50,000 and brand new jersey.
In the third place match FC Zenith defeated Saint FC to claim the bronze medal and went home with the sum of N20,000
Meanwhile, Jumbo FC have been fine a sum of N10,000 for damages and bringing the game into disrepute and given 48 hours to write an apology letter to the football body and organizers, noting that failure to do so will amount further severe punishment.
Brainbehind, Olufemi Akanji popularly known as Olufem Presenter, appreciated all the top dignitaries in Ogbomoso land and its environs that graced the grand finale including the match officials.
The Organizers stated that, the competition was to promote football at the grassroots and creating a platform for the talented players in the ancient town of Ogbomoso, Oyo state.
