DAY WORKER OR NIGHT WORKER?

As an event planner, both work perfectly fine what truly matters is delivering quality results and getting rewarded for the effort invested.

But personally, I’m a day worker. There’s something about daylight that boosts my energy and keeps my creativity flowing. And that peaceful night rest afterward? It’s my secret fuel for the next day’s productivity.
In this line of work, balance is everything. You can’t pour from an empty cup rest, recharge, and show up better the next day. 💪

Consistency, passion, and balance will always speak louder than long hours.

THROWBACK! THROWBACK! THROWBACK!🎉✨

My very first decoration work was way back in secondary school February 14th, 2020, during our Valentine’s night. ❤️
No balloons o 😅, just clothes,me and my working partner then, trying to turn an ordinary hall into something beautiful.
We didn’t have much, but we had passion, creativity, and plenty of excitement. I still remember how we kept adjusting, pinning, and stretching those fabrics until the hall started taking shape. That feeling when we finally stepped back to admire our work? Unforgettable! 🥰

Looking back now, I smile because that was where it all started the beginning of a dream that has grown far beyond what I imagined.

Never despise your little beginnings… those small steps matter. ??✨

EVER GOT THE WRONG RESULTS FROM YOUR PRODUCT?

Chimo! I don get am countless times 🤦🏽‍♀️😂. But one experience I can never forget was the very first time I tried making pillow doughnuts… My God! Instead of doughnuts, I ended up making akara doughnuts 😅.

But you see ehn, I didn’t stop there. I kept at it, learning, trying, failing, and trying again until I finally got the perfect, soft pillow doughnuts I had always imagined. ✨

Moral of the story? Mistakes are part of the journey. Don’t quit because you failed once… keep learning, keep trying, and you’ll smile at your results one day. 💯💪

✨ TODAY’S RECIPE: PUFF-PUFF 😋 ✨

There’s something special about the aroma of freshly fried puff-puff filling the air—it brings back memories, spreads joy, and instantly gathers people around. 🥰 Puff-puff isn’t just a snack, it’s comfort food that never goes out of style!

INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
1. 4 cups of flour
2. 1 cup of sugar
3. 1 tablespoon of yeast
4. ½ teaspoon nutmeg
5. ½ teaspoon salt
6. About 2 cups of warm water (add gradually)
7. Milk (optional)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
2. Add water little by little until your batter is smoothnot too thick and not too watery.
3. Cover the bowl and leave to rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
4. Heat your oil on medium (not too high, so it doesn’t burn).
5. Fry until each puff-puff is golden brown, soft, and fluffy inside.

Now sit back, grab a drink of your choice, and enjoy this delicious homemade goodness. 🥂✨

Because happiness sometimes comes in small golden balls called puff-puff 💕

For me, it would be going to culinary school 🧑🏽‍🍳🍴 not just because I love food, but because I want to know more about cooking in depth. The art, the creativity, the flavors, the presentation it’s a whole world of learning I’d love to dive into. 💫

The first time I got paid for my service will always remain unforgettable. It wasn’t just about the payment it was about the trust, the opportunity, and the dream finally becoming reality. ✨

When I secured my very first decoration project, the joy that filled my heart was beyond words. I gave it everything I had every ounce of creativity, passion, and dedicationvand watching it all come together was a defining moment in my journey.

This wasn’t just decoration, it was the beginning of a purpose taking shape. And today, looking back, I’m reminded that small beginnings are the seeds of greater heights.

Can I ever run for a decoration work? 🤔😂
Yes oh! Not just run, I flew! ✈️😂

That very day, I went to work with my boss for a hall decoration. We got there around past 2pm, only for me to behold what my eyes weren’t ready for… A giant wall! 😳
I mean, the hall was as tall as an electric pole. And to crown it all, the only ladder available was not even stable.Tell me, should I risk my precious life or run? 😂😂

Am I scared of climbing? No! But that day? I knew the assignment wasn’t mine. I left the climbing for the pros and gracefully fleeeeeew far away 😂😂😂

At the end of the day, the work was done (because we always deliver 💯). But that particular climb? E no concern me!

👉 Moral of the story: in this decoration work, you’ll see things that will humble you. But one thing is sure
the job will always be done beautifully.✨💪
