Le leadership est l'une des compétences les plus importantes dont toute personne ambitieuse a besoin, et la plupart des gens ne l'apprennent jamais de manière intentionnelle.

La Cohorte 7 du Programme de Développement du Leadership Fondamental (FLDC) de The Fort Institute est un programme de formation au leadership entièrement virtuel de 12 semaines, destiné aux jeunes Africains âgés de 15 à 35 ans, dispensé en anglais ou en français. Il est structuré autour de petites communautés d'apprentissage en direct, animées par des anciens élèves proches qui ont parcouru ce chemin avant vous. L'objectif ne se limite pas aux compétences. Il porte sur le caractère, le raisonnement éthique, la conscience de soi et la pensée institutionnelle dont l'Afrique a urgemment besoin.
