The Tech Stack: It uses UrbanOS Edge for fast local computing, a seamless i-City SuperApp for residents, and Luma as the central engine making sure everything talks to each other.
The Vibe: Technology that operates invisibly in the background. It’s all about making daily life safer, smoother, and effortlessly convenient without making you feel like you live inside a computer.
Mesiniaga is bringing the tech muscle (AIoT and system integration), while i-City provides the perfect real estate canvas.
Targeted for completion by 2030, this project is moving us away from just "connected gadgets" and taking us into the future of adaptive, intuitive living.
