Dear Fellow Residents,

Salam and Good Evening.

Pursuant to the notice dated 3rd July 2024 which was published by the Management Office (MO) through JaGaApp and notice boards, the JMB of Residensi Hijauan would like to bring all attentions on the call of order for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

The said EGM is scheduled to be held on the following details:

Date : 3rd August 2024 (Saturday)
Time : 9.00am - 1.00pm
Venue : Multipurpose Hall (MPH), Level 3

We will be discussing and deciding some of the important projects that have been passed from the last AGM’s motions for the benefits of our residents.

Our MO will be starting circulating the EGM’s parcels to all proprietors according to their registered addresses. A notice soon will be also circulated on the acceptance whether the rightful owners would want to take the parcel by hand or by post.

On behalf of the JMB, we really hope that all rightful owners will spend their time in attending the said EGM. Let’s come together in deciding what’s matters for our communities. Our pledge from the current JMB will try our level best to facilitate and support all residents in ensuring all voices are heard.

Your kind support and understanding are very much appreciated. Let’s make it right and be responsible from all the decisions that we can make from this EGM.
