3R International Marathon & Carnival

3R International Marathon & Carnival Our idea is to encourage a more environmentally conscious community, and to build a name for Malaysia as an eco-friendly nation.

3R International Marathon & Carnival 2015 is created by joint collaboration of 3 entities – The Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government, Solid Waste Corporation and Servmark Sdn Bhd. Our idea is to encourage a more environmentally conscious community, to share ways for the individual and family to reduce their carbon footprint, and to build a name for Malaysia as an eco-friendly

nation. We hope that this event will help launch Malaysians into an eco-friendly lifestyle and encourage more green programs in the future.

Happy days! Mr Siah have finally gained consciousness over the weekend. While he has yet to regain control of his limbs, it is a giant step towards recovery.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and good wishes. Let's give out another big vibe of hope and strength for his recovery. We will continue to keep you posted.

We would like to ask a favor from all runners to pray and hope for the recovery of Mr Siah Kim Hwatt, who collapsed due to a heart attack and was sent to a nearby hospital via ambulance.

Mr Siah is now being taken care by doctors in IJN (National Heart Institute). His current situation is still critical - visitations are strictly kept to immediate family only.

Mr Siah is a health conscious man, with a healthy pursuit in life. He's a frequent marathoner and have even completed a 100km ultramarathon. He has never had any heart problems prior to this.

Let's hope and pray that he get well soon.
