Superfine x Mellow is back for 3 days only — 11am to 3pm, this June 27-29 (Fri–Sun)!
We’re bringing back your favourite Superfine sourdough sandwiches, served alongside Mellow’s selected pasta dishes.

We’ve done our very best to stick to the exact recipes, but due to seasonal sourcing, you might notice the tiniest tweaks — that said, it’s 96% the same, we promise (yes, we counted!).

Jilin has been with us since day one—if you know Superfine, you know her. She’s been more than just part of the team; she’s family. Someone we’ve trusted and grown with through it all. In a world that moves so fast, finding someone like her is rare, and we’ll always be grateful.

This artwork she just completed feels like the perfect send-off, even though we didn’t plan it that way. As we get ready to move on from Superfine, this piece will stay with us forever—a reminder of everything we’ve built together.

We’re still here for now, and we can’t wait to see you all before it’s time to close this chapter. Thank you for being part of our story.
