MELAKA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON 2024

There are incidents over the weekend where runners are caught running with bibs that doesn’t belong to them. Said runners will be suspended from the race in the next edition and we hope all 4 runners will take it as a lesson and will change for the better in their running journey. The organising committee has decided not to disclose names in protection of the said individuals as we believe that everyone deserves a chance to change for the better.

In lieu of the above, the HALF MARATHON WOMEN VETERAN and WOMEN SENIOR VETERAN results have been adjusted as shown below. All affected runners will be contacted in days to come to ensure that all winners gets what’s due to them.

Again our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience.

MELAKA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON 2024

The organizing committee of MELAKA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON 2024 would like to thank all runners, stakeholders, event team members, sponsors, supporters, and especially the people of Melaka for making the 2nd edition of MELAKA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON a success.

We trust that the event is slowly making its mark and in making Melaka a new running destination which is 1 of the 6 core objectives in organizing this race.

In the mean time, if you have comments and suggestions for the future improvements of the events, please let us know.

Please have a great recovery; we hope to see you again soon.
