Not every great Asian destination is a capital city.
Across Asia, some of the region’s most capable convention centres operate outside the traditional gateway cities.
Different markets. Different destinations. But many of the same challenges — visibility, connectivity, access to international business and being heard in an increasingly competitive industry.
That was part of the thinking behind the Asia Venue Alliance.
Five convention centres came together to start the conversation:

Today, the network has grown to include 🇰🇷 Suwon Convention Center Suwon Convention Center, 🇯🇵 Pacific Convention Plaza Yokohama パシフィコ横浜 and Osaka International Convention Center.
But AVA is more than a list of venues.
Members exchange business leads, share market intelligence, learn from one another and explore how we can collectively give our destinations a stronger presence in Asia’s Business Events landscape.
