We've got many requests from parents and teachers to provide games and activities for the little kids, 6 years and under, that we decided to create a FREE daily PE session for everyone.
It's engaging, fun and will keep your little one (and parents) healthy and active during this work from home time.

Kids are a bundle of energy and joy! Running, Jumping, Skipping, Climbing, and Playing! All the activities they love doing are also commonly considered high impact, and places loads of stress on their tiny joints. Picking up a low impact activity like swimming can still provide the young ones with energy zapping exercise, while helping them maintain good joint health! Give it a go!
