An MoU is only valuable when something happens after the signatures.
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the leadership team from PIBcollege PIB College (Politeknik Internasional Bali) to the Evenesis office. It was an honour to host Prof. Suli (Co-Founder), Dr. Paulus Herry Arianto, M.A, CBC, Dr. Victor and Ms. Erika as we continued building on the Memorandum of Understanding recently signed between our two organizations.
While an MoU provides the foundation, meaningful partnerships are measured by what happens next. At Evenesis, we’ve always believed in turning conversations into action rather than letting agreements remain just a piece of paper.
One topic resonated throughout our discussions: graduates are entering a workforce that is evolving faster than traditional learning models can adapt. As technology continues to reshape industries, bridging the gap between academia and industry has never been more important. Preparing future talent requires more than classroom learning. It requires practical exposure, real-world experience, and familiarity with the technologies and workflows they will encounter throughout their careers.
That shared vision led to many exciting ideas, including integrating event technology into the curriculum, introducing industry-relevant micro-credentials, expanding international internship opportunities, and creating more avenues for knowledge sharing, research, and innovation.
We’re honoured to partner with PIB College in shaping the next generation of event professionals and look forward to turning these ideas into initiatives that create lasting impact for students, educators, and the wider business events industry.
Thank you once again to the PIB leadership team for the visit. This is just the beginning.
