Nestled in the high altitudes of 2,000 meters of Concordia,Colombia,Zacatin Farm boasts a unique microclimate perfect for cultivating specialty coffee.

Meet Eduardo Fernandez,a 3rd generation coffee farmer passionate about growing exceptional varietals like Gesha,Sidra,and more!

**We observed the Roast in the high altitude**

Due to lower air pressure and moisture at higher altitudes,the beans lose water more quickly,creating steam and cracking at a lower temperature.This meticulous process, demonstrated by Eduardo,results in his coffee with exceptional flavor clarity and structure.
