3-6 year old practice is the most difficult thing to do.
Every kid is different but main goal is to make kids love the game. Enjoy the movement. On the other side - prevent injuries. goal is to make kids to be able control their bodies during running and jumping. Coach has to repeat that part to the young players every time they do drills like that. And also it can be fun. Don’t be too serious with kids. Let them feel freedom and joy. Technique is not something they must have. But try to explain kids basic principles. Coach has to see how his player are moving and understand what areas some are better or worse than other so he can make correction later in a season.
