The Burma Fitness Platform (BFP) consists of founders who are young and passionate professionals in the Myanmar fitness industry.

Since its creation, BFP is committed to promoting health and wellness awareness among all Myanmar people, including through fitness events across the country.

After Covid19 has reached Myanmar, BFP decided to pursue its goal online. During the country's first lockdown in April 2019, BFP developed and shared free online fitness programs and challenges, videos and interviews with health and nutrition specialists. Additionally, they have created a safe space where people feel like their physical and mental health matter.

During the first 30-day challenge, almost a hundred participants gathered on a daily basis.
