For the very first time, "Book on!"festival introduced "Book On Reading Corner" at the annual Festival des Migrations, des Cultures et de la Citoyenneté at LuxExpo — and what an experience it was!

From the very beginning, the energy, curiosity and love for books made it clear: this was more than just a first attempt — it was a real success 📚

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, read, shared and supported us.

Special thanks to all the educators, authors and our incredible volunteers who made this possible — your passion and dedication truly brought this space to life ❤️

Spectacle conté: Peter et l’océan” with Marielle Piccolo ✨

At Book On! Festival, our youngest participants (0–5 years) are warmly invited to the “Book Start” space – a cozy place where stories, songs, and imagination come alive.

Storyteller Marielle Piccolo (France/Luxembourg) will guide children through the magical tale “Peter et l’océan”, bringing waves, adventures, and gentle discoveries to life 📖

Known for her work in nurseries, libraries, and schools, Marielle uses her creativity to invent stories, create songs, and craft settings that capture the wonder of storytelling. Her mantra: “Imagination is child’s play.”

Welcome to Luxembourg – Books, Bridges that Connect 📚

At Book On! Festival, writer, educator, and cultural activist Marsela Bashari (Luxembourg/Albania) will invite children and families to a creative literary journey where books become bridges between cultures, generations, and hearts 💫

Her stories combine folklore with clear educational and social messages, reflecting the realities children face today – while always celebrating kindness, love, art, and culture 🌟

This unique workshop is open to children aged 0–12 and their families, with readings and activities in Albanian, Greek, and French, making it a true celebration of diversity.
