After an outstanding club season and consistent performances throughout the year, Kelum Sandaruwan (SLR Elite Referee) has earned selection to officiate at the CASA 7s 2026 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. 👏

Kelum’s appointment reflects his rise through the SLR Referee Program, where referees are rewarded based on performance and merit.

Sri Lanka Rugby remains committed to grooming and rewarding the nation’s top refereeing talent on the international stage.
