Location - Colpetty House is located in central Colombo in a highly residential and peaceful neighborhood. It is minutes a
way from Shopping Centres such as Odel, House of Fashion, Barefoot and Paradise Road, the National Museum and Downtown Colombo. There is a Food City (Sri Lanka's leading Supermarket Chain) 100m away from Colpetty House,– and the guest can stock up on all required items, which if needed can be stored in the fridge. Meals - Breakfast is included and will be fresh juices/ fruits and either eggs with toast and homemade preserves or traditional Sri Lankan, if requested. We provide complimentary water and fruits, in your room. Check-in times -
Check-in time: 01:00 PM (We would be happy to accommodate early arrivals from 7:00 AM. However arrivals earlier than 7:00 AM will be charged 50% of the room charges. Such accommodations are subject to room availability)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• We will correspond with the guests to request them for their time of arrival and departure and will inform them if another guest is staying prior to or arriving straight after, so as to coordinate the timings of both sets of guests. Linen and cleaning -
We provide fresh linen and towels for all guests. We clean the room and bathroom everyday and will change linen and towels every 3 days too for long term guests. Laundry -
Laundry service will be provided for long-term guests at a nominal charge. Internet -

• A Taxi/Tuk-tuk with a meter can be arranged to pick the guest up from Colpetty House and take the guest to any required destination.
