Colpetty House is a modern, arty house with three spaces currently listed on Airbnb and Agoda - The Saffron Room, The Master and The Sky. Location - Colpetty House is located in central Colombo in a highly residential and peaceful neighborhood. It is minutes away from Shopping Centres such as Odel, House of Fashion, Barefoot and Paradise Road, the National Museum and Downtown Colombo. It is also in close proximity to several Restaurants and Casions. There is a Food City (Sri Lanka's leading Supermarket Chain) 100m away from Colpetty House,– and the guest can stock up on all required items, which if needed can be stored in the fridge. Meals - Breakfast is included and will be fresh juices/ fruits and either eggs with toast and homemade preserves or traditional Sri Lankan, if requested. We provide complimentary water and fruits, in your room. Check-in times -
Check-in time: 01:00 PM (We would be happy to accommodate early arrivals from 7:00 AM. However arrivals earlier than 7:00 AM will be charged 50% of the room charges. Such accommodations are subject to room availability)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• We will correspond with the guests to request them for their time of arrival and departure and will inform them if another guest is staying prior to or arriving straight after, so as to coordinate the timings of both sets of guests. Linen and cleaning -
We provide fresh linen and towels for all guests. We clean the room and bathroom everyday and will change linen and towels every 3 days too for long term guests. Laundry -
Laundry service will be provided for long-term guests at a nominal charge. Internet -
Wi-fi is available free of cost

Value added services -
Your hosts will be happy to help you plan your excursions in and out of Colombo/ Travel around Sri Lanka. The following services can be arranged on advance request -
(Payments can be settled directly to service provider)
• Airport pick/ drop - US$ 30
• A Taxi/Tuk-tuk with a meter can be arranged to pick the guest up from Colpetty House and take the guest to any required destination.

Some moments showed us what this place could really be.
Not just somewhere people stayed - but somewhere people came together when it mattered.
The flood relief drive at Colpetty House was one of those moments. Strangers carrying supplies side by side. Donations piling up faster than we expected.
People showing up simply because they wanted to help.
It reminded us what community actually looks like.

This is part of our story too. And it always will be.

Some evenings just have a way of staying with you. The ones where the food was good but the company was better. Where you came not knowing half the people in the room and left making plans to come back.
Community gatherings at Colpetty House had that quality - warm, unhurried, and always full of the right people at the right time.
