The Colombo Gin Club brought together curious palates and seasoned sippers for an exclusive tasting experience led by Amal de Silva Wijeyeratne, Managing Director of Rockland Distilleries.

From two mystery pours — Dorothy Parker and Brockmans — to a line-up of standouts like Roku, Hayman’s Sloe, Colombo No. 7 & 9, and Procera, it was a deep dive into the craft of flavour. 🍸✨

Flavours were bold. Pairings were on point. And curiosity was rewarded.
