If dancing the night away under the stars on a remote tropical island sounds like paradise, then Island Sun Festival is the place to be! y, The Last Point will be transformed into the epitome of exotic beach-fest and we will dance the nights away under a blanket of stars and galaxy dust. Treat your ears to an array of exciting beats from world famous DJs on our giant soundsystem as the entire island becomes a glorious summer festival wonderland, with local crafts stalls, delicious island-made food & cocktails from our signature chefs, awe inspiring fire spinning battles & circus performances from our talented local artists. During the day, relax on our sandy shores, string up a hammock on our palm trees for a nap, immerse yourself in the crystal clear water or even go snorkelling for an upclose look at the local marine life. Peruse the market stalls full of local arts & crafts and enjoy an absent minded wander through the jungle. You may even stumble out at the local Syn absinthe distillery, hidden away in the trees. We'll be on hand from 12pm to sell tickets, drink beer, blast out some tunes and provide all the necessary information! A day ticket costs $15 and includes the boat ride there and back. A week pass is $50 and includes a daily return boat, or a spot to pitch your own tent or string up your own hammocks in the jungle. From Sunday to Wednesday boats over to the island will start at 10am and continue until late. Boats will be leaving from Serendipity Pier and Sunshine on Otres 1. There will also be limited departures from Island Shack on Ream National Park. The last boat will leave the island at approx. 2am and the first boat back will leave around 7am. Plan ahead if you want to go home! Come early to secure your place on the boats. When they are full they are full. We cannot risk your safety by overloading. Bring cash & essentials, as there are no shops or ATMs available on our private island. If you leave the island without a 5 day pass then you will have to pay for a new day ticket. We cannot issue replacement passes if yours are lost or stolen, so please be careful. There is NO accommodation available on the island, just places for tents & hammocks or a spot in the sand.
