🌍 Day 1 of the Global Logistics Convention (GLC) 2026 edition 7 in Juba set the tone for an unforgettable Convention.

The opening was a colourful celebration of dialogue, culture, and connection.

From inspiring speeches and engaging discussions to vibrant cultural performances, delegates experienced the energy and spirit of Juba and South Sudan.

For many participants, being in Juba offered an opportunity to see beyond perceptions and experience firsthand the potential of a country and city with much to offer in trade, investment, and regional integration.

🌍 GLC 2026 has come to a close, but the conversation continues.

The 7th Global Logistics Convention brought together stakeholders from across Africa and beyond in Juba, South Sudan, under the theme "Transport and Logistics as a Catalyst for Africa’s Integrated and Sustainable Economic Growth.”

Over three days, the Convention created space for candid conversations, knowledge sharing, and meaningful connections around the future of trade and logistics in Africa.

From the changing role of technology to the future of supply chains, sustainability, regional integration, finance, skills, and policy, delegates explored the opportunities and challenges facing our sector.

More importantly, provided a platform for different parts of the ecosystem to come together, exchange perspectives, and identify areas where greater collaboration can drive progress.

The Convention may be over. The conversation continues.
