A girl drops out because her school has no flexible schedule. A young mum misses class because childcare isn’t covered. A woman tries to break into tech and hits a wall.

This is happening everywhere and there are founders building to fix it.

Cohort 4 of the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship is open. We’re looking for EdTech builders whose work centres young women and girls.

Deadline: 10th April 2026. Link in bio. ( https://futureoflearning.ihub.co.ke/cohort-4/ )

She almost didn’t apply again. Not because the problem wasn’t real, but because she wasn’t sure the world was ready to fund solving it.

Lilian, Founder at Uptyke Education applied anyway and went from 1,000 to 3,000 learners.

If you’re building for learners living with disabilities, you should apply too. The gap is real. So is the support.

We recently hosted Austrian CEOs and senior decision-makers at iHUB Nairobi and the conversation went far beyond a courtesy visit.

Market entry. Strategic partnerships. Long-term investment in climate, health, and agritech.

(Spark Accelerator Cohort 1) pitched at the Austria Advantage Startup Night. MediaKits.io, GoPay, and Emoti connected directly with global decision-makers.

Why this matters: investment follows access. And founders need rooms where both exist.

Thank you to the Austrian Embassy and Advantage Austria for making this possible.

This is what meaningful partnership looks like.
