After the success of the two Kilifi Wellness Festivals in 2021, the same team brings you the 2022 Kaskazi Edition. The third edition of the Kilifi Wellness Festival takes place on Valentine’s weekend, and is founded in love. Heart-warming sessions bring movement, inspiration and laughter to the white sands and lush creek of Kilifi. Expect four days filled with an enticing variety of wellness events. Yoga styles include vinyasa flow, hatha, SUP, yin, power and laughter yoga. There’s also breath work, meditation, injury prevention, addiction recovery, spiritual healing, Shamanic wisdom, aerial acrobatics and hula hoop flow. This edition, during schools’ half term, is family friendly and has activities for children including yoga, acrobatics and hula hoop. Other treats include a moonrise cacao ceremony, full moon dhow cruise, tarot card readings and ecstatic dance. Whether you prefer a sunrise stretch or aerial acrobatics, balancing on a board or standing on your hands, group discussions or private meditation, you’ll find something here to inspire and excite you. In this deeply reflective session, Kamal and Hussien opened space to explore Guilt, Shame and the Unconscious commitments we carry — the stories, patterns and emotional weights that quietly shape how we move through life.

Through dialogue, vulnerability and shared reflection, participants were invited into deeper self awareness, compassion and healing. 🤍

This is part of the heart of KWF — creating spaces where people can gather, feel, question, learn and grow together.
