今年もWomen's Leadership Network主催の国際女性デーのイベントを開催し、現在イラストレーターとして活躍する元マッキャンエリクソンの戦略プランナーの大野舞さんをお招きしました。留学や世界一周の旅などを経て、国境や人種、カルチャーを超えた作品を生み出す大野さんと、マッキャンの現役戦略プランナーやクリエイティブのメンバーとのパネルディスカッションでは、多様性が当たり前になりつつあるからこそ、「自信」を持ちづらくなっていることや、「自分らしく働くこととは」、といったことについて意見を交わしました。
This year, the Women’s Leadership Network once again hosted an International Women’s Day event, welcoming Mai Ono, a former McCann Erickson strategic planner who is now an active illustrator. Through her experiences studying abroad and traveling the world, Mai has created work that transcends borders, cultures, and identities. In a panel discussion with current McCann strategic planner and creatives, we explored what it means to work authentically in today’s increasingly diverse world—and how that very diversity can sometimes make it harder to feel confident. A thoughtful conversation on “self-belief” and what it truly means to work as yourself.
