Exhibitors who submit their applications by the deadline will be guaranteed exhibition space.
Please note that applications received after June 30 may not be accommodated due to venue layout constraints and space availability.

The second exhibitor application period is now open and will run through June 30. If you're considering exhibiting, don’t wait—you can secure your booth by applying within this period.

Applications for our special events are also open through June 30.

Both may still be accepted after June 30 if space is available, but we recommend using this date as a reference point.

Today, Friday, May 29, is the deadline for the first-round exhibitor applications for Inter BEE 2026.

By submitting your application today, you will be eligible to participate in the booth location lottery, which determines booth placement within the venue.

Even if you are still adjusting your booth size or awaiting internal approval, booth quantity changes can still be made free of charge until the end of June.

To secure a better booth location opportunity, we encourage you to complete your application by today’s deadline.

The deadline for the first round of exhibitor applications for Inter BEE 2026 is finally tomorrow! 🌞
We are very grateful to have already received applications from many companies and organizations.

Inter BEE is widely used by exhibitors as a platform for:

promoting new products,
showcasing solutions currently in development,
and directly presenting key products to visitors and industry professionals.

If you submit your application by the deadline the day after tomorrow, you will be able to retain your eligibility for the first booth allocation lottery while still being able to change your booth size until the end of June.

Even if you are:

still considering your exhibition scale,
coordinating internally,
or comparing multiple plans,

we encourage you to submit your application within the first application period.
