Following the official launch of the TAIWA platform during our first edition, we are continuing our mission to create a space for dialogue, exchange, and mutual understanding between Japan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
For this second edition, we will explore the theme:
**"Understanding Eastern Congo: Challenges, Context and Perspectives"**
Through expert presentations, personal testimonies, a photo exhibition, and discussions with participants, this event aims to provide a deeper understanding of the realities of Eastern DRC, its current challenges, and future perspectives.
This gathering will bring together Congolese and Japanese participants, researchers, students, professionals, and anyone interested in strengthening the relationship between Japan, the DRC, and Africa.
