In un contesto caratterizzato da continue, incessanti ed imprevedibili novità, vogliamo celebrare l’affetto e la consolidata, fraterna amicizia con chi abbia creduto sin dalla prima edizione questo visionario progetto, nato al limite dell’incoscienza. Abbiamo chiesto loro di presentarci qualcosa di ancor più vario ed attraente. Li immagino già preparare la spedizione dalla Germania, dalla Finlandia, dalla Norvegia, dall’Estonia, e dalla Lettonia e conoscendoli bene, abbiamo e avrete la certezza di partecipare ad un’eccitante esperienza.

In a context characterized by constant, incessant, and unpredictable changes, we want to celebrate the affection and consolidated, fraternal friendship of those who have believed in this visionary project, born on the verge of recklessness, since the very first edition. We asked them to present us with something even more diverse and attractive. I can already imagine them preparing the expedition from Germany, Finland, Norway, Estonia, and Latvia, and knowing them well, we are—and you will be—sure to participate in an exciting experience.

La filosofia dell’Historical Beer Festival trova il suo apice in questo laboratorio che definire straordinario sarebbe riduttivo. I fortunati presenti avranno l’opportunità di viaggiare in Corea, India e Sudafrica scoprendo aromi e gusti inediti tramite bevande a base di riso, miglio, sorgo e anacardi. Ne usciremo tutti arricchiti di emozioni e con maggior propensione all’apertura mentale.

The philosophy of the Historical Beer Festival finds its pinnacle in this workshop, which to call extraordinary would be an understatement. Those lucky enough to attend will have the opportunity to travel to Korea, India, and South Africa, discovering new aromas and flavors through beverages made from rice, millet, sorghum, and cashews. We will all emerge enriched with emotions and a greater propensity for open-mindedness.

🍻Dom 21 settembre, 11:30: "Birrai-Esploratori Italiani e la Macchina del Tempo" - Un'opportunità unica per assaporare birre ancestrali riportate in vita da 5 temerari birrai italiani. Questo laboratorio è fortemente caratterizzato da originalità e unicità e include un piatto unico in abbinamento con pulled di tacchino, wurstel di pollo, misticanza e patate.
