We wish you a wonderful start to the new year, and we hope it brings you joy, dance, freedom, artistry, care, and the warm embrace of your community.

🙏🌟🌧️Movement as a gesture that welcomes differences,
showing how dance creates a dialogue between soil and sky.
Summoning the rain through dance,
calling it forth by stamping our bodies on the ground.
Be it with rocks or with a veil.
Be it with our skin, our sorrows, and our joy.
A dance that calls people into a space
where time is suspended,
allowing unknown forces to rise to the surface
and carry us into that collective ritual that heals, as a medicine.
A huge thank you to Annamaria de Filippi and the performers who brought her piece to life , to Safire Hikari , Florian Perez , Chiara Fersini , Maristella Martella , Akira Yoshida and all the dancers who performed in his choreographic project. Special thanks to Andrea Valenti for his energy and flexibility — he managed to overcome every obstacle and pull together an amazing night.
Only those who were there truly know what came to life!

🌿✨🎶 Our last Inclusive Stage Night took place at Le Fattizze . The night unfolded with performances by our participants Anvita Pandit, Carmel Hacohen, Elena Cavallero, Fiore, Francisca Ribeiro, indexthumb, Jackie DeNovellis, Laszlo Sandig, Mauricio Axaycati Cruz Márquez and Simone Ceraolo, blending their dance and movement with the live music of Eropi.

Alice and Paolo accompanied us with beautiful live music, and the evening ended with a great DJ set by Eropi.

We’d like to thank all the performers , .ceraolo, , , .francisca.ribeiro, ,, , Elena and Fiore, Alice and Paolo, as well as for bringing this event to life under the trees of Le Fattizze!

✨💃🎶 How beautiful it is when good energy flows between performers and audiences, musicians and their dancing crowds. We saw it again and again throughout the festival weeks — shared moments, open smiles, and spontaneous connection.

SIC participants enjoyed performances unfolding in public spaces and joined inclusive nights dancing to the DJs. Simply being together.

🎸🌙 🎤Our second inclusive stage night took place in a unique setting and was accompanied by insanely good music. We were hosted by Tagliatelle .stazioneninfeo, a traditional Masseria building full of character and history.
The night opened with indexthumb, who presented a multimedia piece reflecting on images, time, and the ways they shape our identities.

Caterina Scarpello, Wiktoria Goślińska, Mak Korda, and Darya Kovalevskaya then shared their dance, blending movement with the architecture of the venue and with
Mundial's live music, creating a suspended, immersive atmosphere charged with presence.

The evening continued with an unforgettable concert by Mundial, whose music had everyone dancing wildly—bringing together people of all ages and from all places.
A huge thanks to , , Wiktoria Goślińska, , and for the art you shared.

And infinite gratitude to , whose performances are memorable wherever they play.

🎤🌀The festival opened with an evening talk, where some of our teachers , performers and resident artists shared the work they would unfold throughout the week, in a conversation moderated by Cecilia Fontanesi . Together, we explored the meaning they give to training, how they pass on their practice to students, the evolution of their creative processes, and what SIC represents for them here in Salento.

The night closed with a guided improvisation led by the local collective Rete Danza Contemporanea Salento in Movimento, inspired by the Underscore practice — a powerful moment where professionals and non-professionals came together to explore the strength of inclusive gestures.

🎶🎧Here’s to the DJs who lit up our nights — many thanks to , and . Their experimental, rhythmic sounds entered into dialogue with our dancers, sparking improvisations full of density, presence, and personality.

Through their music, we danced deep into the night, releasing energy and celebrating together.

💫SIC is more than just workshops. Over two vibrant festival weeks, participants attended but and co-created five incredible night events. From choreographed pieces to improvisations with live DJs, and performances that spilled into the streets, dance lit up the city.

The nights culminated in a grand party, where we moved together to the rhythms of great musicians, sharing their beats and energy with the entire community.
