LA 31ยช SAGRA DEL MIRTO DI TELTI SI CHIUDE.
ร quel filo invisibile che unisce chi c'era allora a chi c'รจ oggi.
Rimangono i gesti semplici.
Rimangono i volti, le voci, i passi, le risate.
Rimangono le immagini di questi giorni.
Rimangono le persone che abbiamo incontrato.
E rimane Telti.
Perchรฉ la 31ยช
La 31ยช Sagra del Mirto si chiude.
Ma il cuore resta aperto.
A presto, Telti.
A presto, Gallura.
A presto, Sardegna.
Ci vediamo nel 2027.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
THE 31ST MYRTLE FESTIVAL OF TELTI COMES TO AN END.
BUT OUR HEARTS REMAIN OPEN.
It is impossible to sum up the extraordinary experience of these three days in a single post.
A hundred more posts would not be enough to tell all the stories, all the encounters, the smiles, the music, the colours, the scents, the voices and the emotions we shared.
So we chose to begin with a photograph.
A couple dancing.
A photograph from 1996.
Because before being a major festival, before the concerts, the performances, the stalls and the thousands of people who come to Telti, the Myrtle Festival is Telti itself.
It is our history.
Our memory.
Our community.
It is that invisible thread connecting those who were here then with those who are here today.
The festival is a little like a loom: year after year, thread after thread, weaving together people, generations, memories and the future.
And perhaps this is its greatest value.
The festival changes, grows and renews itself. But it never forgets where it comes from.
The people remain.
The traditions remain.
The simple gestures remain.
The dances, costumes, music and folklore remain.
The hands of those who prepare, build, welcome and work remain.
And the stories of those who helped create and grow this festival remain.
Above all, the community of Telti remains, once again opening its doors and its heart.
During these three days, we also tried to share an idea of Sardinia.
A Sardinia that does not need to rush.
A Sardinia to experience slowly.
To observe.
To listen.
To savour.
A landscape to discover without hurry.
A glass of myrtle liqueur to enjoy slowly.
A square where you can stop and talk.
Music to listen to.
An encounter that may become a memory.
Because sometimes beauty simply needs time.
And as the squares slowly return to normal, something remains.
The scent of myrtle.
The colour purple. ๐
The faces, voices, footsteps and laughter.
The memories of these days.
The people we met.
And Telti remains.
A small village in Gallura that, for three days, became one big open home.
A home welcoming tourists, visitors, artists, musicians, artisans, producers, folk groups, families, friends and people discovering Telti for the very first time.
To all of them, we say thank you.
Thank you to those who chose Telti.
To those who worked.
To those who welcomed.
To those who cooked.
To those who played.
To those who danced.
To those who shared their stories.
And to everyone who simply came to be part of it.
And above all, thank you to those who continue to believe that a community can still build something together.
The 31st Myrtle Festival ends here.
But the story does not end.
We have already begun weaving the thread of the next one.
Purple will still be the colour.
Myrtle will still be the scent.
Telti will still be the place.
And we will still be here, with the same desire to tell the story of an authentic Gallura, made of people, landscape, memory, traditions and future.
Because some places are not simply visited for a festival.
Some places are places you return to.
And Telti wants to be one of them.
The 31st Myrtle Festival comes to an end.
But our hearts remain open.
See you soon, Telti.
See you soon, Gallura.
See you soon, Sardinia.
See you in 2027.
