18th Coarse Angling World Championship for Veterans
Ivanec Lakes – Barutana, Omladinski i Pionirski (HR)

The World Championship 2026 was held in Barutana, Omladinski i Pionirski), on 06 and 7 June, under the authority of the International Federation of Sport Fishing in Fresh Waters.
Following the completion of the scheduled competition legs, the team final ranking confirmed 🏆 ITALY takes the top step of the podium and is crowned in this Championship, finishing with 30 Total points (g. 24,980). An extraordinary result that confirms the strength and passion of Italy team.
🥈England - 38.5 Total points (g. 25,630) - secured second place,
🥉Slovenia - 46 Total points (g. 21,750) - completed the podium in third position.

In the individual final ranking, 🥇 THOMAS PICKERING – ENGLAND claimed first place overall. The second position 🥈 was awarded to Alfredo Danielli – Italy, followed by 🥉 Rainer Wenzel - Germany in third place.

Following the completion of the scheduled competition legs, the team final ranking confirmed 🏆 ITALY takes the top step of the podium and is crowned in this Championship, finishing with 30 Total points (g. 37,440). An extraordinary result that confirms the strength and passion of Italy team.
🥈Croatia – 31 Total points (g. 48,630) - secured second place,
🥉Hungary - 31 Total points (g. 42,060) - completed the podium in third position.

In the individual final ranking, 🥇 PETR SVATOS – CZECH REPUBLIC claimed first place overall. The second position 🥈 was awarded to Davide Guidi – Italy, followed by 🥉 Rudolf Centrih - Slovenia in third place.

Everything is ready for the 18th Coarse Angling World Championship for Veterans and the 27th Coarse Angling World Championship for Disabled, taking place on 5–6 June 2026 at Bajeri Lakes, Barutana.

We are pleased to share some images from the official opening ceremony and the official training sessions, where the participating teams are making their final preparations before the start of the competition.

A fantastic atmosphere, marked by international friendship, a passion for angling, and the high level of competition that characterizes these World Championships.

Tout est prêt pour le 18e Championnat du Monde de Pêche au Coup Vétérans et le 27e Championnat du Monde de Pêche au Coup pour Personnes en Situation de Handicap, qui se dérouleront les 5 et 6 juin 2026 aux Bajeri Lakes, à Barutana.

Nous partageons quelques images de la cérémonie officielle d’ouverture ainsi que des séances d’entraînement officielles, au cours desquelles les équipes participantes finalisent leur préparation avant le début de la compétition.

The World Championsip 2026 was held in Szeged (Hungary), on 21, 22 and 23 May, under the authority of the International Federation of Sport Fishing in Fresh Waters.
Following the completion of the scheduled competition legs, the team final ranking confirmed 🏆 AUSTRIA takes the top step of the podium and is crowned in this Championship, finishing with 59,5 Total points (g. 386.050). An extraordinary result that confirms the strength and passion of Austria team.
🥈Romania – 60 Total points (g. 386.420) - secured second place,
🥉Poland - 64 Total points (g. 382.110) - completed the podium in third position.

The second leg of the Championship has just come to an end.

Following the first three place
Austria Team is first with 40 points (280,370 g), second is Hungary Team with 40 points (263,200 g) and third the Poland Team with 42 points (275,430 g).

23rd Predators Artificial Baits Shore Angling World Championsip for Nations 2026 Concludes – Team and Individual Podium Announced

The World Championsip 2026 was held in Sondrio and Lanzada Italy, on 9 and 10 May, under the authority of the International Federation of Sport Fishing in Fresh Waters.
Following the completion of the scheduled competition legs, the team final ranking confirmed 🏆 ITALY takes the top step of the podium and is crowned in this Championship, finishing with 11 Sectors points (Period points 72,5). An extraordinary result that confirms the strength and passion of Italian team.
🥈Slovakia - 39 Sectors points (Period points 195) - secured second place,
🥉Bulgaria - 43 Sectors points (Period points 217,5) - completed the podium in third position.

In the individual final ranking, 🥇 DAVIDE NEDROTTI – ITALY claimed first place overall. The second position 🥈 was awarded to Enrico Bollero – Italy, followed by 🥉 Andrea Giganti - Italy in third place.
