In 2026, the Radicondoli Festival renews its commitment as a co-producer of contemporary dramaturgy, accompanying Un dettaglio minore on its journey to Italian theatres.

A production by Casa del Contemporaneo in collaboration with the Radicondoli Festival.

Based on the novel by Adania Shibli and featuring Dalal Suleiman, the performance intertwines individual memory and the collective history of Palestine — past and present — revisiting a wound from 1949 that continues to question our present.

The Radicondoli Festival supports works that are born within a context of artistic research and later find their place on major national stages.
This is our idea of collaboration: generating visions and production opportunities, and accompanying them over time.

Dal romanzo di Adania Shibli, con Dalal Suleiman, lo spettacolo intreccia memoria individuale e storia collettiva della Palestina di ieri e oggi, attraversando una ferita del 1949 che continua a interrogare il nostro presente.

Il festival di Radicondoli sostiene opere che nascono in un contesto di ricerca e trovano poi spazio nei grandi teatri nazionali.
È questa la nostra idea di collaborazione: generare visioni e possibilta' produttive e accompagnarle nel tempo.

✨ Radicondoli Festival continues to be not only a showcase but a true laboratory for theatrical creation and distribution.

In October, the Festival was the protagonist of two significant events that confirmed its vitality and creative capacity.

On October 7, at Teatro Vascello in Rome, one of the most important venues on the contemporary scene, “Il paradiso di Accattone” was performed before a large and engaged audience in an evening of great artistic intensity.

On October 21, at the Teatro Nazionale di Genova, within the Festival dell’Eccellenza al Femminile, “Bisogna lavorare l’argilla. Violeta Parra – elegy of a life” was presented, featuring Flo and Francesco Argirò, directed by Massimo Luconi. Once again, the theatre was full — a testament to the interest and evocative power of a project born in the heart of Radicondoli.

On Tuesday, October 7, at Teatro Vascello in Rome, Il paradiso di Accattone, inspired by Pier Paolo Pasolini, comes to the stage.

A theatrical journey into 1960s Rome: la dolce vita, the suburbs, and the encounters that shaped Pasolini’s early gaze as a writer and filmmaker in the making.

Domenica 14 settembre, alle ore 17:30, il Teatro dei Risorti di Radicondoli (SI) ospita la mise en espace de “La resistibile ascesa al potere di Arturo Ui”, liberamente ispirata all’opera di Bertolt Brecht.

Lo spettacolo è l’esito finale del laboratorio teorico-pratico “Il mestiere del Teatro”, organizzato dalla Fondazione Franco Zeffirelli in collaborazione con Radicondoli Festival.

🎭 A guidare i partecipanti protagonisti del corso sarà Massimo Luconi, regista, direttore artistico del radicondoli Festival e docente del laboratorio.
