🔴 The European Gym for Life is organized by the European Gymnastics (EG) and is held every two years the day before EUROGYM. The EGFL will last for 1-3 days, depending on the number of groups. The Challenge is open to everyone who is 12 years and older. Groups consisting of a minimum of 6 gymnasts can participate in this gymnastics festival and have their program evaluated. The aim is to improve the quality of group performances by giving an evaluation and feedback, including advice on how to improve.

EUROGYM brings together young gymnasts from different European countries. The event is organized by
European Gymnastics (EG) and is held every two years.

is a non-competitive gymnastics festival with a focus on promoting the sport of gymnastics and fostering friendship and cultural exchange between young athletes from different countries. The event includes gymnastics performances, workshops, cultural activities, and social events.
The event is hosted by a different European city each time.

Overall, EUROGYM is a great opportunity for young gymnasts to develop their skills, make new friends, and
experience different cultures while promoting the sport of gymnastics at an international level.

What a weekend! 14 nations came to visit Bodø for the Information meeting for EUROGYM and European Gym for Life Challenge 2024. Thank you so much to the participating countries, France🇫🇷, Germany🇩🇪, Italy🇮🇹, Greece🇬🇷, Irland🇮🇪, Sweden🇸🇪, Denmark🇩🇰, Azerbaijan🇦🇿, Great Britain🇬🇧, Iceland🇮🇸, Switzerland🇨🇭, Belgium🇧🇪, Portugal🇵🇹 and Norway🇳🇴! We hope you all will bring lots of gymnasts to Bodø next summer, for Gymnastics for All and Midsummer madness! ☀️ Hopefully We will reach our goal and gather more than 5000 gymnasts from all over Europe!🤸‍♂️
