"Are you afraid?", she asked
"There are still many things you don't know"
"I may not know what is going to happen tomorrow, or next week, or a year from now. Hell, I may not even know WHO and where I am going to be tomorrow, or next week, or even a year from now. I've always been confused about everything. But I'm not afraid"
She smiled, blindfolding me, "So you have hope"
"You will fall, and you will suffer, but you won't stop"
"It does not matter if I fall, I'll get back up and try again. I will never stop", I replied while walking away
This short story wants to be a gentle reminder that you don't need to have everything figured out right away, take your time and make each day count.
