At the FIS Spring Meeting in Portorož, Slovenia, in the past few days, not only the stock was drawn on the Olympic season, but also the eyes were focused on the coming winter.

In the different committees, the draft World Cup calendar for the 2026/27 season were presented. It's already confirmed now: Carezza Dolomites remains a fixed part of the World Cup calendar of alpine snowboarders.

In December 2026, the best athletes in the world will gather at the foot of Rosengarten and Latemar. On Thursday the 17th December, the event is going into its 16th. charge.

The previous issue featured special highlights: a historic triple success of the Italian national team with Roland Fischnaller, Aaron March and Mirko Felicetti, and the victory of Sabine Payer, who could win the silver medal at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

We are already looking forward to another high-quality World Cup stage in the Dolomites.

🔥 Coratti Show at the Italian Snowboard Championships in Carezza Dolomites

What a performance! Jasmin and Edwin Coratti dominated the Parallel Slalom and claimed victory at Passo Carezza.

🏆 Jasmin Coratti takes home double gold after winning both the Parallel Giant Slalom and Parallel Slalom within 24 hours.
🏆 Edwin Coratti secures the win in an all-South Tyrolean final.

A strong showing from South Tyrol with Mike Santuari completing the podium.

Roland Fischnaller and Jasmin Coratti claim the Italian titles in Parallel Giant Slalom on the Pra di Tori slope at Carezza Dolomites.

A thrilling showdown saw veteran Fischnaller face rising star Tommy Rabanser in a true clash of generations, while Coratti raced to victory after an intense duel in the women’s final.

Congratulations to the Olympic Medalists in Parallel Giant Slalom Milano Cortina in Livigno

We proudly celebrate the outstanding achievements of the athletes who showed remarkable skill, determination, and courage at the Winter Olympics.

• Benjamin Karl – Men’s PGS

🥈 Silver Medalists:
• Sabine Payer – Women’s PGS
• Kim Sang-kyum – Men’s PGS

🥉 Bronze Medalists:
• Lucia Dalmasso – Women’s PGS
• Tervel Zamfirov – Men’s PGS

A special congratulations goes to Lucia Dalmasso for winning an outstanding bronze medal — a fantastic achievement for Italy and a proud moment for the entire snowboarding community.

At the same time, it was a tough and emotional event for the Italian men’s team. After finishing 1st and 2nd in qualification, Roland Fischnaller and Aaron March were unable to convert their strong start into medals in the final rounds.
Fischnaller finished in an excellent 5th place, while March ended the competition in 9th.

Italy also celebrated strong performances from Mirko Felicetti, who placed 7th, and local hero Maurizio Bormolini, who achieved 15th in a highly competitive field.

On the women’s side, Elisa Caffont narrowly missed the podium with a heartbreaking 4th place, while Jasmin Coratti completed her Olympic race in 23rd position.

Congratulations to all athletes for their dedication, courage, and unforgettable performances on the Olympic stage. PGS once again showed how thrilling and unpredictable this sport truly is.
