Cannes Yachting Festival is already shaping the next chapter for Amare Group.

At PAN 325, two world premieres mark this edition: CLASSYC, opening the Group’s new Super Yacht Division, and LUMYN, expanding the Glazing and Steel range with a new approach to tailor-made hatches.

Today - in Cannes - Amare Group inaugurates its Super Yacht Division and introduces the first product developed specifically for the superyacht sector.

Inspired by the timeless elegance of Italian traditional nautical design, the collection brings together refined aesthetics, advanced engineering and certified marine reliability.

Custom-built configurations, high-grade stainless steel structures and optional monitoring sensors transform a technical component into a sophisticated connection between interior luxury and the horizon.

Amare Group continues its growth journey with Aksìa SGR, through Aksìa Capital VI and MHI Group, marking a significant milestone for the company.

The transaction brings Amare alongside Sea Smart within MHI Group, strengthening its high-end marine components platform and combining complementary expertise, technologies and capabilities.

Back to Cannes. Ready for what comes next.

From September 8 to 13, Amare Group returns to Cannes Yachting Festival for the opening appointment of the 2026–2027 Nautical Fairs Season.

At PAN 325, visitors will discover hull applications, glazing solutions, signature portholes and advanced kinematics, alongside the seamless onboard control of ASW Wireless Automation.

The 2026 edition will also mark two worldwide premieres: CLASSYC, developed specifically for the superyacht sector and introducing Amare Group’s new Super Yacht Division, and LUMYN, a tailor-made hatch range designed for sail and motor boats.

Different areas of expertise, one shared direction: engineering precision, Italian design and integrated technology conceived as part of the yacht itself.
