Terzo giorno di Smart Building Expo 2025!
Oggi l'attenzione si sposterà dal singolo edificio al tessuto urbano con il workshop From building to city: edifici e città alla prova della twin transition che vedrà la partecipazione degli esperti di Smart Building Alliance e di numerosi esperti del settore.

Al centro il ruolo degli smart building come nodi attivi delle smart city, grazie a tecnologie come energy grid, cloud ed edge computing e le ricadute della nuova norma UNI 11973-2025, destinata a guidare la rivoluzione intelligente delle città italiane.

SBE 2025 riconferma, inoltre, l’impegno per la formazione professionale. La manifestazione ospiterà ancora una volta il Meeting Nazionale Smart Installer, dedicato alla professionalizzazione degli installatori che quest’anno avrà come special guest il nuovissimo progetto europeo LIFE-SKEMA, con un partenariato guidato da Enaip e con il quale l’Unione Europea si è posta l’obiettivo di riqualificare il personale tecnico per renderlo idoneo alle nuove sfide della twin transition (digitale ed energetica) del patrimonio edilizio.

Third day of Smart Building Expo 2025!
Today, the focus will shift from the individual building to the urban fabric with the workshop "From building to city: buildings and cities testing the Twin Transition," featuring experts from Smart Buildings Alliance and numerous industry experts.

The focus will be on the role of smart buildings as active nodes of smart cities, thanks to technologies such as energy grids, cloud, and edge computing, and the implications of the new UNI 11973-2025 standard, which is set to drive the smart revolution in Italian cities.

SBE 2025 also reaffirms its commitment to professional training. The event will once again host the National Smart Installer Meeting, dedicated to the professionalization of installers. This year, the special guest will be the brand-new European LIFE-SKEMA project, a partnership led by Enaip Nazionale Impresa Sociale. Through this project, the European Union has set itself the goal of retraining technical personnel to meet the new challenges of the twin transition (digital and energy) of the building stock.

Secondo giorno di Smart Building Expo 2025!
Anche oggi grande affluenza per la manifestazione dedicata alla building automation!
Grazie a diversi appuntamenti in programma, sarà possibile condividere una riflessione su potenzialità e rischi dell'elettrificazione degli edifici, tema cruciale per la decarbonizzazione del patrimonio edilizio.

La giornata si aprirà con un workshop sul Real Estate per discutere di come la direttiva EPBD4 stia già ridefinendo il valore degli immobili e le strategie degli investitori.

Second day of Smart Building Expo 2025!
Again, a great turnout for the event dedicated to building automation!
Thanks to several scheduled events, it will be possible to share reflections on the potential and risks of building electrification, a crucial issue for the decarbonization of the building stock.

The day will open with a workshop on Real Estate to discuss how the EPBD4 directive is already redefining the value of properties and investor strategies.

This will be followed by a focus session organized by Rinnovabili together with the Prosiel, which will address the critical issues and opportunities of progressively replacing gas systems with heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and electric systems.

Finally, the Hotellerie 4.0 workshop will demonstrate how automation, air quality, and immersive solutions can reshape the tourism experience.
