STORIA BREVE DELLO SBAM e di questa pagina:
I pionieri dello 'stone balance' (pietre in equilibrio) sono sparsi in tutto il territorio nazionale e nel mondo, così come tutti gli altri praticanti. Ormai non è più molto raro come una volta l'imbattersi in strane costruzioni quando ci si avvicina ad una spiaggia di sassi o sul bordo di un torrente di montagna ricco di ciottoli. Talvolta ci troviamo di fronte a dei semplici cumuli come lo sono gli 'omini' dei sentieri, ma se abbiamo fortuna possiamo anche scovare pietre in equilibrio messe su da veri e propri talenti sconosciuti che hanno lasciato in piedi il 'segno effimero' del loro passaggio in un ambiente naturale. Coloro sono i balancers (bilanciatori), persone che con pazienza e abilità affrontano i sassi in modo inconsueto sul loro cammino. Per dirla meglio, i bilanciatori si confrontano con le pietre, le ammirano.. e si fanno suggerire da esse un rinnovato equilibrio da edificare.
Il raduno SBAM è nato per raccogliere assieme la maggior parte dei bilanciatori in un evento unico ma ripetibile, riconoscibile come momento d'incontro tra l'intima concentrazione e la rappresentazione pubblica della costruzione di equilibri non riscontrabili in natura. Su questa pagina, scorrendo indietro nel tempo grazie alla memoria della rete, è disponibile tutta la storia del meeting dalla sua prima edizione nel 2015 (con le fotografie degli eventi, gli articoli che ne parlano ed i commenti di chi ha partecipato) fino ad arrivare alla preparazione dell'ultimo, quello dei prossimi 18/19 maggio 2019.
Tutto questo è stato, è e sarà possibile, grazie ai bilanciatori che partecipano all'evento, al Comune di Massa che accoglie l'evento, all'associazione camping Massa (Ageparc) che lo rende sostenibile ed alla Pro Loco Marina di Massa che ne ha fondato le basi assieme ad uno staff di organizzatori sempre crescente ed entusiasta dell'ottima riuscita che ha sempre avuto lo SBAM. In questi anni la nostra pagina si è arricchita notevolmente di approvazioni ed il meeting raduna sempre più bilanciatori provenienti da ogni parte d'Italia e dall'estero. E' una pagina aperta, come del resto lo è anche l'evento, a tutti coloro che vogliono lasciare una fotografia, un commento, un 'ci vedremo lì' o un arrivederci.
Oltre l'invito a partecipare attivamente ai raduni, questa pagina è il diario di bordo di un esperienza comune, così potrete postare i vostri luoghi preferiti, le vostre domande e le vostre 'tecniche' di bilanciamento e perché no(?).. anche gli eventi che organizzerete voi.

BRIEF HISTORY OF SBAM
The pioneers of 'stone balance' (stones in balance) are scattered throughout the national territory and in the world, as well as all other practitioners. By now it is no longer as rare as it used to be to encounter strange constructions when approaching a pebble beach or on the edge of a mountain river rich in pebbles. Sometimes we find ourselves faced with simple heaps as are the 'little men' of the paths, but if we are lucky we can also find real unknown talents who have left the 'ephemeral sign' of their passage in a natural environment standing. Those are the balancers (balancers), people who patiently and skillfully face stones in their own way. To put it better, the balancers are confronted with the stones, they admire them ... and they make them suggest a renewed balance to build.
The SBAM rally was born to gather together most of the balancers in a unique but repeatable event, recognizable as a meeting point between the intimate concentration and the public representation of the construction of balances not found in nature. On this page, scrolling back in time thanks to the memory of the network, the entire history of the meeting is available from its first edition in 2015 (with the photographs of the events, the articles that talk about it and the comments of those who participated) until arriving to the preparation of the last one, that of the next 18/19 May 2019.
All this has been, it is and will be possible, thanks to the balancers, to the Municipality of Massa that welcomes the event, to the Massa camping association (Ageparc) that makes it sustainable and to the Pro Loco Marina di Massa which founded the bases together with a staff of organizers always growing and enthusiastic about the excellent success that SBAM has always had. In recent years our page has been enriched considerably with approvals and the meeting brings together more and more balancers from all over Italy and abroad. It is an open page, as indeed is the event, to all those who want to leave a photograph, a comment, a 'we'll see you there' or a goodbye.
Besides the invitation to actively participate in the gatherings, this page is the logbook of a common experience, so you can post your favorite places, your questions and your balancing 'techniques' and why not (?) .. also the events that you will organize.
