Non solo il borgo!
Il Tuscany Medieval Festival renderà vivi per tre giorni Monteriggioni e il territorio circostante:
- il borgo, pieno di vita grazie ai nostri artisti e ai loro spettacoli, con un'ampia area didattica, rievocazioni di antichi mestieri, un mercato storico e due taverne medievali;
- il campo sottostante, che accoglierà il pubblico con gli accampamenti militari e i falconieri, dove si terranno i combattimenti di buhurt e la giostra cavalleresca,
- la salita che collega il campo al borgo, che per LA PRIMA VOLTA in assoluto sarà animata da artisti e rievocatori.
Fiore all'occhiello di questa edizione sarà la grande battaglia del sabato che dal pomeriggio alla sera coinvolgerà pubblico, cavalieri, rievocatori e l'intera location dell'evento: dal campo alla fortezza... e dalla fortezza al campo. Un evento che non potete assolutamente perdere e che vi farà ve**re la pelle d'oca... Vi diciamo solo due cose per convincervi: fuoco e torri.
Monteriggioni torna agli antichi fasti e si arricchisce di grandi eventi per tre giorni di immersione totale nel Medioevo.
Possiamo considerarlo un viaggio nel tempo a 360gradi che inizia nel momento in cui scendete dall'auto e che vi farà vivere di emozioni in una location mozzafiato.
Un'occasione davvero unica, un'esperienza che vi rimarrà nel cuore.

It’s not just the village!
The Tuscany Medieval Festival will bring Monteriggioni and the surrounding area to life for three days:
- the village, bustling with activity thanks to our artists and their performances, featuring a large educational area, demonstrations of ancient crafts, a historic market, and two medieval taverns;
- the field below, which will welcome the public with military encampments and falconers, and where the buhurt battles and the joust will take place;
- the path leading up from the field to the village, which, for the very FIRST TIME ever, will be brought to life by artists and reenactors.
The highlight of this year’s event will be Saturday’s grand battle, which, from afternoon through evening, will involve the audience, knights, reenactors, and the entire event venue: from the camp to the fortress… and from the fortress back to the camp. An event you absolutely cannot miss, one that will give you goosebumps… We’ll just mention two things to convince you: fire and towers.
Monteriggioni returns to its former glory and comes alive with major events for three days of total immersion in the Middle Ages.
You can think of it as a 360-degree journey through time that begins the moment you step out of your car and will fill you with excitement in a breathtaking setting.
