La Philadelphia International Records ha preso questo brano di grande impatto, tratto dall'album dell'artista "Life Is A Song Worth Singing", accentuandone l'intensità e arricchendone la trama ritmica, già di per sé trascinante.

Tutti i brani sono esecuzioni di grande classe, tutte da apprezzare. Oltre a produrre l'album, Huff ne ha anche curato la composizione e gli arrangiamenti. "Your Body Won't Move If You Can't Groove" è un affascinante mix di elementi pop, jazz e disco, caratterizzato da atmosfere coinvolgenti e trascinanti. Il brano inizia con delicatezza per poi crescere d'intensità, grazie a un uso efficace di pianoforte e bonghi. Come sempre, la voce dell'artista conferisce grande vigore al pezzo. "Tight Money" è un brano prevalentemente strumentale, che mette in risalto arrangiamenti pianistici di grande impatto.

"Your Body Won't Move If You Can't Groove" is an alluring mixture of pop, jazz and disco flavored elements that ring with exhilarating atmospheric hooks. Starting softly, the track moves up in intensity with effective use of piano and bongos. As usual, the artist's voice gives enforced gusto to this cut. “Tight Money" is mostly instrumental with emphasis on impressive piano arrangements.

Prima di presentarsi come Kid Creole & the Coconuts, August Darnell era la mente dietro la Dr. Buzzard’s Original Savannah Band, insieme alla cantante Cory Daye, a Don Armando, ad Andy Hernandez e ad altri musicisti.
Il 2 ottobre 1976 la band del Dottore raggiungeva la posizione numero 1 della classifica National Disco Action di Billboard con ben tre pezzi estratti dal loro omonimo album d’esordio. Tra questi spicca l'indimenticabile “Cherchez La Femme”; gli altri due erano “Sour and Sweet” e “I’ll Play the Fool”.
È nato così il Savannah sound.

Before performing as Kid Creole & the Coconuts, August Darnell was the mastermind behind Dr. Buzzard’s Original Savannah Band, alongside singer Cory Daye, Don Armando, Andy Hernandez, and other musicians.
On October 2, 1976, the Doctor’s band reached number one on Billboard’s National Disco Action chart with three tracks from their self-titled debut album. Standing out among them was the unforgettable "Cherchez La Femme"; the other two were "Sour and Sweet" and "I’ll Play the Fool."
Thus, the "Savannah sound" was born.
