The final morning of Genesis 2026 begins slowly, with breakfast in the tents curated by Chiara Barla and Marco Scanziani of apotek 57 .

A moment to gather around the table one last time, with a breakfast that carries the same spirit of the days before: thoughtful, generous and rooted in the pleasure of sharing.

And perhaps this is what Time meant throughout Genesis: taking a moment to pause, to be present, and to create memories together.

Thank you to everyone who was part of these days, in every way.

Day three brings Genesis 2026 to Britedelarieto , where the morning begins with a mountain awakening, breakfast by Il PiccoloBrite and a cheese workshop.

At lunchtime, Italy takes centre stage with an Italian lunch created together with Ristorante Gilioli and L'Ambasciata restaurant , bringing different expressions of Italian cuisine to the table.

The afternoon moves to Campo Tende, with a workshop by Atelier Charlotte Bourrus , before ending around the fire with a dinner by Vasco Coelho Santos of Euskalduna Studio .

Another chapter of Genesis, where food, craft and the mountain meet through the theme of Time.

The second day of Genesis 2026 follows the rhythm of the mountain, from breakfast at Villaggio Borca • Alla scoperta dell’ex Villaggio Eni , curated by Allegra • Specialty coffee, bakery & trattoria with Martino Monti , to the trails leading to Malga Federa .

Here, a workshop with Pastificio Felicetti opened the afternoon, followed by an aperitivo with products from Il PiccoloBrite .

The day ended around the table, with Frédéric et Irene Molina and Serafino Alverà joining forces for dinner.

A day of movement, encounters and shared tables, all under the theme of Time.

Genesis 2026 begins at SanBrite Restaurant , with an opening dinner entirely in the hands of its team.

For the occasion, sommelier, barman and maître took over the room, curating every element of the evening: from the menu to the wine pairing, from the drinks to the service.

A dinner conceived and created by Riccardo Gaspari and brought to the table by Gianni Sinesi 🍷 , Adriano Fumis , Nicholas Bratti , Simone Pandolfi and Vincenzo Saladino who took over the dining room for the evening, curating every detail of the experience.

The first evening of Genesis 2026 starts here, around a table where every detail tells its own story.
