the four days will be filled with many interesting talks, interavtice discussions, workshops and many more nice activities! Sustainability is a big and important issue that affects the whole planet. But what is South Tyrol specifically doing to support a climate-friendly lifestyle? What are the ideas and innovations of the government, local companies, and individuals, and of you, the students and

professors of unibz, to contribute to this matter? From 7 to 10 June, K!ikero is organizing this year’s sustainability festival, with the motto “local&vocal”. Four days filled with many interesting and inspiring discussions, presentations and workshops dealing with the topics mentioned above. We look forward to seeing you there! Our Story

Committed in promoting sustainable living for a better future

The Sustainability Festival is the pivotal event organised by K!kero, the cultural association of the Free University of Bolzano. Other than being one of the most renowned and appreciated events by students at university, since 2016 the festival aims at spreading awareness about the crucial topic of sustainability to the city of Bolzano/Bozen, always trying to widen the circle of actors directly addressed. Different perspectives/focuses regarding sustainability are chosen every year (e.g. climate change, “think global - buy local”, 17 Sustainability goals), which are widely discussed through workshops, conferences, movie nights and talks. Music and parties are not missing.

In collaboration with the Province of Bolzano (Ufficio Politiche Giovanili PrBZ), this year’s festival will come to its 5th edition, which will be offered with a fully digital format - the Sustainability Web Festival.
