General Rules

Candidates should send the soft copy of the paper in IEEE format, not exceeding 4 to 6 pages, to our mail id on or before the stipulated date. Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number, Institution name should be sent along with the Paper.

Maximum of 2 persons can deliver the presentation.

Spot entries are not allowed.

Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail id.

Selected candidates should bring their identity card at the time of presentation.

Selected candidates should bring one hard copies and one soft copy (either in CD or pen drive) of the paper at the time of presentation (MS Office 2003, 2007 format).

Only LCD projectors will be provided.

The presentation time for each paper is 10 minutes followed by queries for 5 minutes. Working Models Fetch You Extra Points.

Judges decision is final

Deadline for submission : On or before 6-09-2017 12pm

Intimation for Acceptance : 6-09-2017 5pm

Submission of Camera Ready copy : 8-09-2017

Totally 40 papers will be short listed for the presentation.
