Since Covid, I have been conducting both online and offline fitness classes that include yoga, strength training, and stretching.
Interestingly, I noticed that average attendance in both formats is only around 60%.
This made me wonder:
Is the format the issue… or is consistency the real challenge?
From your experience,
Which format works best for you?
Which fitness class format works best for you? Online of Offline? I have given the merits and demerits of both online and offline classes that will help you decide which is best for you. You may share your thoughts.
